These terms govern work commissioned from Metricvectorbase Analytics, of Level 8, 27 Aghmashenebeli Street, Kutaisi 4600. By sending figures for a quote, paying a deposit, or signing an intake letter, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not send the series.
The work
We prepare metric benchmark comparison studies, chart and table plates, seasonal re-comparisons, and findings briefings, as described on this site. We do not sell access to other clients’ figures. We do not forecast. We do not guarantee that a neighbour set can be found.
Intake and reference set
A comparison does not begin until you accept a reference set in writing. Until that letter exists, either party may stop without a fee. After it exists, the deposit rules on the refund notice apply.
Your figures
You warrant that you have the right to give us the series, including any neighbour figures you obtained yourself. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your own books. We are responsible for drawing what those books, and the agreed neighbours, actually contain, and for naming gaps.
Intellectual property
The bound note, plates, and addenda are licensed to you for the internal use named at intake — a board, a members’ meeting, a lender file, a yearbook page. You may copy them for that use. You may not reprint them as if they were a general league of Georgian houses, nor remove the source line. We keep a file copy in order to re-compare and to answer a later dispute.
Our working papers, unaccepted layouts, and letters to possible neighbours remain ours.
Liability
We take care at the desk. We do not accept liability for a decision you take after reading a study, including a decision to raise a rate, to plant, to hire, or to argue with a ministry. Our liability for a proven error in drawing or in a source line is limited to a fresh plate or to a refund of the fee for that engagement, as set out on the refund notice. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of a loan, or injury to reputation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that Georgian law does not allow to be limited, including liability for wilful misconduct.
Confidentiality
We do not publish your series. Neighbours who share a book with us are not named in your study unless they agree. We do not rank clients against one another.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Kutaisi have jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules of Georgia require otherwise.
Changes
If we change these terms, the version accepted at intake governs that engagement. The current version is the one on this page.
