Charts do not speak in a meeting. A briefing is the hour in which we point at the axis, name the neighbour, and say which question the plate cannot answer before someone else answers it wrongly.
What is included
A sitting of two to three hours with the authors of the study. We bring spare copies of the plates. We take questions on the reference set, the missing months, and the wording of the one-page reading. We will not coach a speech or write minutes.
What is excluded
The briefing is not a second study. New figures produced in the room are noted for a later addendum; they are not drawn on the spot. We do not attend a public hearing unless that attendance was named in the quote.
Place
The usual room is our own, on the eighth floor. If the board cannot climb to Kutaisi, we will travel in Imereti at cost. Sittings outside Georgia are not offered.
