Privacy notice

Metricvectorbase Analytics is the controller of personal data described here. The desk sits at Level 8, 27 Aghmashenebeli Street, Kutaisi 4600. Write to info@metricvectorbase.digital or telephone +995 431 555 214.

We handle data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where a correspondence sits in the European Economic Area, with the principles of that law as they apply to a Georgian controller receiving a letter.

What we hold and why

  • Correspondence. Name, email, telephone if given, and the message, so we can quote, refuse, or arrange a sitting. Legal basis: steps toward a contract, and our legitimate need to keep an intake book.
  • Engagement files. The series you send, the names of people who can answer a query, board dates, and the bound note. Legal basis: performance of the engagement.
  • Accounts. Invoices, transfers, and refund records, kept because Georgian tax and civil rules require them.
  • Cookie preference. A brand-prefixed key in your browser if you accept or refuse optional cookies. See the cookies notice.

We do not collect identity documents, health records, or payment card numbers through this site.

How long we keep it

Intake that does not become an engagement is kept for twelve months, then destroyed, unless a dispute is open. Engagement files, including file copies of bound notes, are kept for six years after the last addendum, which covers re-comparison and the ordinary limitation period. Accounts follow Georgian bookkeeping periods. Cookie preference lasts until you clear storage or choose again.

Who receives it

Readers at the desk. A typesetter or printer in Georgia if a bound note is made outside the room. A bank, if you pay. A court or inspector, if the law requires it. We do not sell lists. We do not send your series to other clients.

Possible neighbours who receive a letter from us are told the kind of figure we seek, not your full ledger, unless you have asked us to name you.

International transfers

The site is hosted outside Georgia. Correspondence sent through the form travels on that host. If we must send a file abroad — for example a client who lives outside Georgia asking for their own copy — we do so only for that purpose and with measures appropriate to the destination.

Your rights

You may ask to see what we hold, to correct it, to restrict it, to object to a use based on legitimate interest, and, where the law allows, to have it erased or given to you in a portable form. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time. These rights may yield where we must keep a file for tax, a dispute, or the re-comparison you still want.

To exercise a right, write to info@metricvectorbase.digital. We answer within a month, or we tell you why Georgian law allows more time.

You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Children

The desk does not work for children and does not knowingly hold their data.
